Refund & Subscription Policy
Purchases are not open yet; the pricing page will appear on this site before you can buy.
This policy explains how paid access works on Jyotish Agent and is part of our Terms of Service. Prices and exactly what each option includes are shown on the pricing page and at checkout before you pay; you are charged only after you confirm.
1. How paid access works
Readings and follow-up answers use credits. The number of credits each answer uses is shown on the pricing page. An answer that fails or is interrupted before it completes does not use credits.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases. Purchased credits do not expire while your account is open.
- Passes (for example a Day, Week or Month Pass) are one-time purchases that give an allowance for a fixed period. They do not renew automatically, and any allowance left at the end of the period expires.
- Subscriptions renew automatically, weekly, monthly or yearly as you choose, until you cancel. They include a daily allowance that resets at midnight in your time zone; unused daily allowance does not carry over. When the daily allowance is used up, any credits you own are used next.
- Free bonuses (such as a sign-up bonus) and introductory offers carry the conditions shown with them, may expire, and may end at any time.
2. Automatic renewal
Before you subscribe we show the renewal price, the billing period and the date of the first renewal. If you subscribe with an introductory price (for example a discounted first month), the checkout shows what you will be charged afterwards. By subscribing you authorise us, through our payment processor, to charge that amount at the start of each period until you cancel.
We email a receipt after every charge. For yearly subscriptions we email a reminder at least 30 days before renewal. We will notify you before any price change to your subscription takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Account page in a few clicks, or by emailing [email protected] from your account email. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If we delete your account at your request, any active subscription is cancelled too.
4. Refunds
You can request a refund within 14 days of the charge in these cases:
- Credit packs: the unused part of the pack, pro-rated by credits remaining, within 14 days of purchase.
- Passes: a full refund if you have not used the pass, within 14 days of purchase.
- Subscriptions: a full refund of the first charge, or of a renewal charge, if you have not used the subscription allowance since that charge, within 14 days of it.
- Duplicate charges, charges for access that never worked because of a fault on our side, and unauthorised charges are refunded in full.
- Any other refund required by the law where you live.
5. What is not refundable
Credits and allowances that have already been used to generate answers, the used part of a pass or subscription period, free bonuses, and requests made after the refund window are generally not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or we decide to make an exception (for example after a service outage).
We do not refund because a reading did not match your expectations or a predicted event did not happen — readings are interpretation, not a guarantee, as explained in our Disclaimer.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your account email with the date of the charge and a short reason. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank may take longer to show them. When credits or a pass are refunded, the matching credits or allowance are removed from your account.
7. Chargebacks
If something is wrong, please contact us first — it is usually faster than a bank dispute. Accounts involved in abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
